Baked Beans "Chicago" Style
- Yield – 6 servings

- (16oz each) Bush Baked beans
- 2 cans
- Minced yellow onion
- ½ cup
- Smoke Daddy Original barbeque sauce
- ½ cup
- Smoke Daddy Sweet & Smokey barbeque sauce
- ¼ cup
- Bacon, thick cut
- 4 slices
Method
- Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish mix well
- Lay the bacon over the top of the beans bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes to 1 hour

Smoke Daddy BBQ Meatloaf
- Yield – 4 servings

- Ground beef
- ¾ lbs.
- Oatmeal
- ½ cup
- Chopped yellow onions ¼ x ¼
- ½ cup
- Beaten egg
- ½
- Kosher salt
- ¾ tsp
- Black pepper, ground
- 1/8 tsp
- Smoke Daddy Original barbeque sauce
- ½ cup
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then remove from oven, brush with
another ½ cup of Smoke Daddy Original barbeque sauce
- Place back in oven and cook for 15 more minutes to glaze the meatloaf

Home Style Barbeque Ribs
- Yield – 6 orders

- Smoke Daddy Mojo rub
- 2 cans
- Double rack of pork ribs
- ½ cup
- Smoke Daddy barbeque sauce (Original, Sweet & Smokey,
or Mustard Q)
- moke Daddy Original barbeque sauce
- ½ cup
- Smoke Daddy Sweet & Smokey barbeque sauce
- ¼ cup
- Bacon, thick cut
- 4 slices
Method
- Fill large pan halfway full with water and bring to
a boil
- Remove membrane off underside of ribs and place in boiling water,
boil for 20 minutes
- Pull ribs out and dump out ¾ of the water
- Put a rack in the pan, then place ribs on the rack, meat side up
- Season with Mojo rub and cover with foil
- Place in a pre-heated oven at 250 degrees
- After 2 hours brush with first layer of your choice of barbeque
sauce
- After 2 more hours brush second layer of sauce on ribs
- After 2 more hours brush third layer of sauce on ribs
- Remove foil crank up oven to 275 degrees for 30 minutes
- Allow ribs
to rest for 30 minutes before serving

Division Street Bloody Mary Mix
- Yield – 6 servings

- 46oz can of tomato juice
- 1
- Fresh lime juice
- 4 Tbsp
- Smoke Daddy Original barbeque sauce
- 4 Tbsp
- Granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp
- Prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp
- Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp
- Ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp
- Onion powder
- 1/8 tsp
- Granulated garlic
- 1/8 tsp
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher and refrigerate
For Service
- 3 parts Division Street Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 part vodka
Method
- Combine all ingredients and pour over ice
- Garnish with pickles, olives, and celery sticks

Daddy’s Deviled Eggs
- Yield – 12 halves

- Hard cooked eggs, peeled, cut lengthwise
- 6
- Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup
- Smoke Daddy Mustard Q
- 2 tsp
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp
- Red Tabasco
- 1 tsps
- Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp
- Ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp
- Smoke Daddy Mojo rub sprinkle for garnish
- To taste
Method
- Pop out (remove) egg yolks into a small bowl
- Add mayonnaise and Smoke Daddy Mustard Q, parsley, Tabasco, salt
and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Fill empty egg white shells with yolk mixture and sprinkle
with Mojo rub.

Mustard Q Veggie Dip

- Sweet curry powder
- 1 Tbsp
- Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp
- Black pepper
- ¼ tsp
- Minced yellow onion
- 1 Tbsp
- Granulated garlic
- 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp
- Chopped parsley
- 1Tbsp
Method
- Combine all ingredients and reserve for service
- Service with fresh carrots, celery, zucchini, green onions

Sloppy Joe Sandwich
- Yield – 4 sandwiches

- Ground Chuck
- 1 lb.
- Minced yellow onion
- ½ cup
- Smoke Daddy Mustard Q
- 2 Tbsp
- Ketchup
- 2/3 cup
- Coco-cola
- ¾ cup
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp
- Honey
- 1 tsp
- Kosher salt
- 1 tsp
- black pepper
- 1 tsp
Method
- Brown ground chuck in a skillet, then add onions and cook until tender
- Remove cooked chuck and onions, drain off excess fat
- Add remaining ingredients, then cooked chuck and onions to skillet
- Mix well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
- Serve sloppy joes on burger buns with extra Smoke Daddy Mustard Q

Smok’n Hot Wing Sauce
- Yield – 1 ¼ quart

- Franks hot sauce
- 2 cans
- Smoke Daddy Original barbeque sauce
- ½ cup
- Melted butter, warm
- ½ cup
Method
- Combine all ingredients and reserve for service
- Fry chicken wings until crispy, remove from fryer and roll in wing sauce
- Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks
